Blacksburg Community Band Rehearsals
The Blacksburg Community Band holds rehearsals every Wednesday evening, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. (except for the months of July and August) in the Blacksburg High School band room (520 Patrick Henry Drive) in Blacksburg.

Members are encouraged to attend rehearsals on as regular basis as their personal and work schedules permit. Members will often come late to rehearsal or leave early. The emphasis is placed upon the enjoyment of making music.
The band also distributes newsletters to keep members and interested persons informed of the changing schedules, concert information and personal accomplishments of other band members. During the summer (July and August), weekly rehearsals are replaced by weekly concerts throughout the region.
